Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.

5. Can I return a cap if I change my mind?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.

6. How do I start a return?

Head to our Returns Portal and enter your order details, or reach out to our customer support team by email, phone, or live chat. Once approved, we'll provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label (when applicable).

7. Can I exchange an item for a different one?

Yes! Exchanges are available through our Returns Portal.
If there's a price difference between your original item and the new one, it will be charged or refunded.
