3. Payment & Billing

  • Payment Methods: We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Payment Processing: Orders are processed once full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
    • Transit Time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
    • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri), depending on your location.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility: Unused items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items missing packaging or tags are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:
    1. Start your return through our Returns Portal or by contacting us within 30 days of receipt.
    2. We will send a return shipping label (when applicable) and instructions.
    3. Pack the item securely in original packaging with tags.
    4. Ship it back using the provided label.
    5. Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges for a different item are available through our Returns Portal.
    Any price difference will be charged or refunded.

Return Shipping: Free return shipping is provided only for defective or incorrect items. For change of mind, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
