1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
- It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order details.

If your return is approved, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Share step-by-step return instructions.
To return your item once approved:
- Download and print the returns label.
- Pack all returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label to a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
- Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship it.
- You will get an update on the return page and by email.

3. Return Cost
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution at no cost to you.
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Change of Mind
In this case, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different item through our Returns Portal.
If there is a price difference between your original item and the new item, it will be charged or refunded accordingly.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: The exact time of arrival depends on Shopify and your bank, and your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
